My coaching is designed for women who are navigating big roles, big responsibilities, big questions, especially professional solo moms (whatever brought you there).

What might coaching feel like?

Before Coaching:
You’re in the middle of a change (chosen or not) and everything feels up in the air.
You’re navigating shifting roles, responsibilities, or relationships while trying to hold it all together. Inside, there’s overwhelm, uncertainty, and a sense that something no longer fits—but no clear way forward.

During Coaching:
You begin to slow down. To listen inward.
You start making space to feel what this transition is really asking of you. You notice patterns, reconnect with your inner compass, and allow new possibilities to emerge. These possibilities are rooted in who you’re becoming, not who you’ve had to be.

After Coaching:
You move through change with more clarity and self-trust.
You feel grounded in your values, present to your life, and aligned with a deeper version of yourself. Transitions feel like invitations to expand.

First Step Forward Coaching (1:1)
  • This is a one-time investment to experience coaching and begin the journey (2 sessions).

  • In the first in-take session, we’ll uncover what matters most to you and then in the next session, we'll start the coaching journey.

  • You’ll walk away with insights and practices you can use immediately.

  • If we continue together, the cost applies to your first month.

1:1 Coaching Program
  • Month-to-Month Subscription Model

  • 1-3 months: Perfect for gaining rapid clarity on a specific challenge or decision, giving you immediate tools to move forward

  • 4-6 months: Ideal for deep, lasting change across all areas of your life, providing sustained support and accountability as you redefine your path

Group Coaching Program

11 weeks of 60 min sessions in community with other women. The Possibility Weavers program includes:

What’s at Stake If You Stay Stuck in the Transition?

Life transitions, whether expected or sudden, ask something of us. They begin to shape us by default. We have an opportunity to be deliberate.

When we ignore or push through a transition without support:

  • We stay in survival mode. Busy, distracted, reactive—doing more, but feeling less. The days blur, and meaning gets lost in motion.

  • We cling to outdated identities. We keep leading, parenting, and showing up in ways that no longer fit because it’s what we’ve always done, not who we are becoming.

  • Our self-trust erodes. We keep overriding our own knowing, until the voice inside feels faint, unfamiliar, or unworthy of listening to.

  • Our leadership stagnates. When we don’t evolve from the inside out, our impact plateaus. We lead from depletion instead of presence.
