This season of change is taking a toll, whether you invited it or it arrived uninvited. Through holistic integral coaching, I honor the wisdom of your mind, body, and heart. I help you make aligned decisions from a place of clarity and enoughness. I offer 1:1 and group coaching programs.

Fractional Executive Coverage and Consulting: Retail Merchandising Operations

I am a proven retail executive having built space planning and merchandising operations programs from scratch. Providing expertise in retail space planning, merchandising execution and assortment capabilities. Fractional leadership is part-time executive ownership. Steady hands on the wheel, focused on outcomes, embedded in the org. Alternately, you may need a thought partner for a shorter engagement before you bring in a full-blown consultant team from the big names. I'm someone who can be another set of eyes whose brain has deep expertise in the realm of space planning.

Hi y'all! My name is Jenny Tornow. I live in Austin, Texas, with my teenage son. I love to explore a new restaurant, city or recipe. My wellness practices include restorative yoga, breathwork and 5Rhythms dancing. Waterfalls are my happy place and when a waterfall isn’t nearby, a walk in nature restores me.

A coach, single mom by choice, and former retail professional with nearly 30 years of experience (including several director level roles and a VP level role), I now bring my expertise and heart into my entrepreneurial work. My work is rooted in nourishing possibilities in 2 distinct ways.
