I have 30 years of retail experience at multi-billion dollar grocery and apparel/department store retailers. My most recent experience and expertise is in space planning, merchandising execution, and assortment capabilities for retail businesses.

I offer fractional leadership and consulting in areas where I have deep expertise - building space planning functions from scratch, leading transformational change in organizational structure, software implementation and process development.

I will hit the ground running as a fractional executive in space planning covering leaves of absence, sabbaticals or long hiring processes.
